“We needed shower tile and floor tile for a new bathroom. We knew we wanted green tile for a feature wall and white tile for the sides of the shower but could not decide on a tile for the shower floor or bathroom floor. We had checked out other tile places but didn’t find much variety and still could not decide on a tile design. We checked out Centura and are so thankful Melissa offered to help us out that day. We were immediately drawn to a tile design layout that Melissa had on the display table that she created just for fun. The tile was just so unique and we loved the texture of it. We knew that was the tile we wanted for our shower floor and bathroom floor pretty quickly. We told Melissa what colours we wanted for the shower walls and she brought over a couple samples for us. The two samples she brought were the green tiles and white tiles for the shower walls. She knew exactly what white tile would compliment the green tile options that we were interested in. Both options were beautiful that it was tough deciding but we what appreciated was that Melissa was patient, knowledgeable and ultimately let us decide and was not pushy. She helped us to consider our entire bathroom design as in what colour finishes we liked for our fixtures (chrome/black) and even the bathroom vanity so that we could picture the design as a whole. She even helped us with grout colour and went through a few samples with us so we knew without a doubt what would look best with the tile we had chosen. Melissa helped us from start to finish and with processing the order as well. It was a really nice experience and we are so glad that our bathroom tile search is over. Thanks Melissa!“

“The staff member I dealt with was very helpful from start to finish. He even helped me secure my purchase to my vehicle. I was amazed at the inventory that they have on hand that caters to the building trades. I was very impressed ?“

“The work done by Kostco Flooring was done three and a half years ago. We were given a quote but after they ripped up our old floor we were told that we needed a sub floor which we had been told would not be necessary.
If we refused the new floor would not last.
We agreed, of course at a substantial cost.
We were also told that the dividers between the carpet and adjacent floor would natch the new floor. Chrome dividers were installed.
I mentioned that our old hall carpet had bubbled up and was assured this would not happen as he knew what he was doing.
It has bubbled up in a couple of areas.
One of the tiles has a crack, eg. It’s like a knife cut 5 or 6 inches long.
We called Kostco two weeks ago to voice our concerns.
We were told the guy who runs the business would come take a look by week’s end.
He has not.

I realize a fair amount of time has elapsed but we paid a pretty decent price for the work done so it should have lasted longer than it has.

Although there are some excellent reviews there are also some extremely bad reviews.

I take responsibility for accepting inferior work but not my concerns with their work.

Since I posted this review the owner at Kostco on Stone Church Rd., Hamilton has reached out and addressed our issues.
Ogi has gone out of his way to make things right.
He allowed us to pick out a carpet as ours is not available, at his expense, an extremely competent gentleman, Jetmir arrived and installed the new carpet.
I give him a 5 out of 5.
The crack in our kitchen tile is to be taken care of shortly, I have no doubt that this will be done and to our satisfaction.
I have to give Kostco credit, they stood by their product and went out of their way to fix the issues.
Anyone looking to have a floor etc installed can feel at ease as a legitimate concern, it it arose will be taken care of, from our experience.
