What a fantastic experience working with Rocco! He was our first stop (on many we had planned) but it was obvious we needed to go no where else. As newbies, he took a lot of time to educate us to identify the right flooring based on our needs, and was extremely accommodating given some logistics we were dealing with. Rocco went above and beyond when the flooring installer that I had selected used the wrong fasteners and claimed the flooring to be inferior and unusable. Rocco troubleshooted the issue over the phone with me, identified the issue sending me photos of the installation specs, and in the same day had one of his installers come to my home to look at the job. I highly recommend Rocco as a knowledgeable contact at Hardwood Plus!
