The work done by Kostco Flooring was done three and a half years ago. We were given a quote but after they ripped up our old floor we were told that we needed a sub floor which we had been told would not be necessary.
If we refused the new floor would not last.
We agreed, of course at a substantial cost.
We were also told that the dividers between the carpet and adjacent floor would natch the new floor. Chrome dividers were installed.
I mentioned that our old hall carpet had bubbled up and was assured this would not happen as he knew what he was doing.
It has bubbled up in a couple of areas.

Great job. Team who installed the floors worked endless hours to get it down in a tight deadline and did an amazing job. Very impressed with them!
