I contacted Maximum Roofing for a patch job that needed to be completed before January 15th for a property closing. Sean promptly provided a quote and mentioned he might be able to both assess and complete the job by the end of the week.
Despite a snowfall shortly after our initial call, Sean and his team still went out to the property to see if the work was possible. Fortunately, the snow had melted enough, and they were able to complete the job just a few days after our initial call.
The work was completed as quoted, photos were provided, and the price was honored exactly as promised.

Best nail place in Dundas without a doubt! I've gotten gel nails done and regular polish, both were so clean and long-lasting. (I did my wedding nails here, and they turned out AMAZING!) It's definitely on the pricier side, but I personally think it's worth it because they actually have professional grade polish and not the stuff that I can buy in Shoppers. Also the chairs are really comfy.
The Source has always helped me whenever I enter their store. I needed an antique pin for my indoor fire stove door. They sourced it out right away, even though it was a 40-year old stove. Every time I go in they help me with anything I need. Highly recommended!!!

This was the first time I called on Dy's for a plumbing problem. The two sons of this local family business arrived and installed new parts (after a bit of extra work to get to my blocked main water line for shut off). They fixed the problem pleasantly and professionally and at a fairly reasonable price. I would certainly call this company again, if needed.

Ive been going to pedi n nails in Waterdown with my friend for the last few years, and I’ve never walked out of there disappointed. The owner and his wife are so sweet and amazing at what they do.

A very serene and relaxing experience. Everwood is a hidden jewel. Sue is very kind and extremely professional, yet gentle. She took care of my aches and pains. I will definitely be returning to Everwood in the very near future.

first time at willow salon and got a full color and cut. My hair dresser was Kylie and she did such a fabulous job. The environment was very nice and Kylie was so kind and friendly. If you want a good hair salon in Dundas or Hamilton in general, go to Willow salon. I’ll definitely be back :)

Brian is a man of integrity and genuinely such a nice guy—honest, always willing to help, and easy to trust. The staff are kind and professional, the service was quick, the prices are always more than fair, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. In an industry where trust is everything - I trust these guys. Highly recommend supporting a long-standing local business like this. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

We had our deck built in November 2025, and we can’t wait to start making full use of it this season.
After getting quotes from a few companies in the spring of 2025, I felt confident choosing HDD after meeting with Jonathan. When he mentioned they could start in the last week of October, I was honestly a bit surprised—timelines like that aren’t always met, and I assumed we’d likely be waiting until spring 2026.
To my surprise, Jonathan called in early October to confirm his crew would be starting the last Monday of the month—and true to his word, they did.
The crew was led by Kyle, who was a pleasure to work with. He was always happy to answer questions, and it was clear he was both passionate and highly skilled at his trade.
We couldn’t be happier with the final result. It’s a beautiful addition and a worthwhile investment that will add value to our home.
I have nothing but good things to say about DVD! The entire staff is lovely with both myself and my children. We actually look forward to going to the dentist. Have come to this garden centre for many years. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants, water garden plants and also aggregates with reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My wife and I recently moved to Dundas and stopped in at our now go-to hardware store for the first time. They are small but have everything and the staff were all very friendly and helpful!

I recently visited Ellenoire in Dundas for the first time. I’m new to the curly world and have an unusual wave/curl pattern, so I honestly didn’t think I’d ever have great wavy hair. I was hesitant to go, but finally booked an appointment last week.
The owner, Noëlle, was incredible. She spent well over two hours educating me on curly hair, products, and proper care – while giving me a treatment and trim. Just a few days later, I’m already seeing a real difference in my wave/curl pattern with the new hydrating products.
There were many products available, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I chose a few to take home and they’ve been excellent so far. They’re a bit pricey, but you use so little that they’ll last, and they’re free of harmful chemicals (so well worth the money).
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ve definitely found my new salon.
