My experience today at Napoleon was for sure more than 5 stars. From the very beginning, putting the dream BBQ aside for us earlier this week, to having everything ready for when we walked in. Jason was so sweet, straight to the point, and understood that our family car wasn’t big enough to fit the box. He helped us and we had it in our home within the hour. I’m hoping this BBQ lasts us for the next 10+ years, but will never forget the excelled customer experience today.

Reliant Climate (Brantford): We had an absolutely exceptional service experience with Reliant Climate. We had fireplaces and a furnace assessment required after purchasing a 20+-year old home. Craig and Jacob (Brantford office) arrived and exceeded all expectations beyond belief. They were courteous, professional and not only repaired everything, but also set us up with 'user training' to help us maintain safely. 5 Stars all the way!
