After my Reliance water heater started to leak, I found myself waiting on hold (Reliance) for quite a while. I decided to scroll through some local options and called Modern Heating. I spoke with Megan, and after a few questions, a few recommendations, and about 5 minutes, she had me slotted in for an install within the next 4 hours. Renting costs were also cheaper than Reliance. Modern Heating techs came, removed Reliance heater (placed outside for Reliance to pick up), installed new equipment (Rheem), cleaned up and gone within 2 hours. Easy peasy!! I have been using Modern since 2005 when they installed a new furnace and a/c and they have performed seasonal checks and cleaning ever since.I recently moved and yesterday they installed a new furnace and heat pump. I didn't even bother to get quotes from other companies. They are professional, courteous and prompt. After they were done, there was nothing to clean up! Their team is amazing!
