Jeff was fast and professional. He consulted with Viessmann to find the actual problem with our boiler (a different company spent longer and actually got it wrong). Ended up being an easy repair once he figured it out. Chrome will be my go-to company in the future.

Finally found a real-life “treats you like family” company—and no, not the kind that only says it on a website! After my air conditioner suddenly gave up on life, I went straight to the reviews and put Jeff at the top of my list. I sent a request in the morning and—miracle of miracles—had a confirmed appointment for the same day.

Jeff showed up, worked efficiently, clearly knew his stuff, and was genuinely kind (which feels rare these days). My AC unit is basically an ancient relic, so I fully expected a dramatic “it’s time to let her go”… but nope!
