We just had our Bosch furnace and heat pump installed by TradeCraft Heating and cooling. The crew were terrific. Their technical knowledge and workmanship was impressive. They worked organized and cleaned up as if it were their own home. Chris, the crew chief was amazing. His customer service skills were very much appreciated. Wes, the owner came to our house to handle the sales and warranty end. Being a mechanical engineer himself, we’re we able to ask technical question and received knowledgeable answers. It’s great to have such a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable service provider. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.

Wes, Chris, and all of the wonderful professionals at TradeCraft Heating and Cooling are just incredible! They installed a Bosch Heat Pump system and successfully hooked up my gas recently. I cannot say enough great things about this company. They are always helpful, quick to respond, kind, and so knowledgeable. In a world where good customer service seems to be disappearing, it is so nice to work with companies like TradeCraft who really care!I am so pleased that I will be warm all winter and cool all summer thanks to TradeCraft Heating and Cooling.Thank you!

Wes over at Tradecraft Mechanical in Brantford is the best. He recently installed a gas line for us on an Italian Range, it was quite tedious due to the Bertazonni brand being “unique” - they came back several times to make sure it was done right and when all the parts came in from Italy. Highly recommend Wes and team.
