Furnace and AC service. Prompt friendly tech. However next day water all over Furnace room and under finished floor. Called to notify them. Then 2 more days in a row. No call back. After 4 days soaking up water we went looking for cause ourselves. The AC drain line was not hooked up. Days later still no response from them. Glad we went looking. High and dry .
My Furnace went out on me on a Friday night, called 4-5 HVAC companies in the area Saturday morning and only got voicemail. I called Mead Mechanical and Paul picked up and within hours had a tech on the way to my house. defiantly will be calling Mead for all my future HVAC needs!
Excellent customer service. They replaced our furnace when it broke last year and were easy to work with, were able to come out quickly, and were reasonably priced. We now use them for all our yearly maintenance. Highly recommend!
