He answered all 100+ questions we had and was very gentle and understanding with the kids. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon and the team of volunteers at Paws and Tails Adoption, located inside the PetSmart Argentia location. Having to surrender my cat was an incredibly emotional and difficult decision, but Sharon handled everything with so much compassion, patience, and understanding. She truly cares about the animals and the people involved.

Sharon went above and beyond to ensure my 5-year-old cat Romeo, was placed in a loving, safe, and suitable home. Knowing that he is now with a great family brings me so much peace and comfort. She kept me reassured throughout the process and treated Romeo as if he were her own.
