My dog loves staying at the PetHotel. He gets anxious when we have to go anywhere for long, but the team here is so nice and caring, that the past few times, he's loved his experience and came back happy! Highly recommend!

Just got a new puppy! ? I went to PetSmart and dealt with Angela whom was EXTREMELY helpful. She guided me through puppy 101 on the essential things I needed. She also LISTENED well and understood what I wanted for my pup. I wanted fresh food and natural treats and chew toys. She helped with everything and I greatly appreciate her knowledge. I chose her because she also had dogs.
