Chris Hill from Boehmers came in to fix a problem with my furnace. Good guy, quick and very efficient. Appreciate his knowledge and understanding of the system. Recomend his work any time.
On Thursday, our furnace decided we should be cold. I had a busy day and no time to call in for it, so I checked out the new MyAccount portal I had signed up for - I was able to book a service call same day and it was SO EASY.Rich showed up just two hours later to take a look. After an hour or so, he came up to let us know that the heat exchanger (the main big part responsible for actually heating the air passing through) was broken, and that he had to shut the furnace and its gas valve off for safety until it could be fixed.When the parts department called the next day, they gave us the bad news that the manufacturer for our model was out of business in Canada, that...read full review
