Our propane fireplace wouldn’t work. We were told by the company that installed it that the burner was shot. Then, the company that provided the burner was no longer in business. We tried to find other companies that may have the part as we were told to do. Lots of other companies just wanted to sell us a whole new system. I saw this company on Facebook and called. They responded very quickly to all of my emails and came out the same day. It was FIXED in less than half an hour, the log were not positioned in the correct way. The service technician, Vivek was very professional and knew his stuff. I will never hesitate to recommend Vivek or this company.

Got a Napoleon gas fireplace installed in November 2021 from Ultra Comfort. Installation went smoothly, however we had issues right away with the fan (or something) vibrating and it would get really really loud if the fireplace was on for hours at a time. We contacted Ultra comfort and they said they’d send a guy out to have a look and then never heard from them to confirm a time. Contacted them again and they finally sent a guy.He said it was probably the fan, but to send a video to Ultracomfort that you could hear the noise and how loud it was. Call some company from flyer for tune up came and try to convince me to buy new furnace by showing some water spots in furnace quotes me close to 2 grand for fixing it I call ultra comfort and fix it all the problem under $200 great work done by technician vivek that guide me to right way. Very pleased will definitely will give them all my business in future.
