Casey is awesome! He came to our office at Patio Room Designer to investigate a heat/air unit that was not heating properly. He was very detailed & explained everything to me that was going on with the unit. We recommend all our customers to them that have issues with their H/A needs!

He came after hours and was so polite and professional.Casey came and did the install and everything was up and working with the hour. Thank goodness it was before this cold spell hit.
