Allen came out on time and was able to tell me my circuit board was damaged. He let me know the cost of a new one, but never pressured me to get it. He was completely honest and transparent about everything. I ended up buying a new one. I was only charged a service fee of $99, which I have no problem paying since coming out and spending time diagnosing my problems. I will definitely start using AB Services going forward!! This outfit is the best in owasso. We had another company come in and try to say our whole system needed to be replaced. A&B came and repaired our unit and said the system was in great shape. spent 100 dollars when I thought about spending 10,000 to replace the whole system. We're selling our house and had to have the HVAC system cleaned per the inspection. After getting multiple quotes from other companies, Allan at AB Service gave me a quote for much less and did an excellent job! I won't use any other company in the future for our HVAC needs.
