Extremely impressed with this company. We had our furnace go out during the recent cold spell and were having difficulty finding anyone who could come and look at it. Northwind worked us in the same day and was able to get our house heating very quickly. I was impressed with the expertise of everyone we interacted with, from the person answering the phone to the technician who visited our home, and we greatly appreciated their explanations of what went wrong to help us prevent issues in the future. They just replaced our ten year old hvac system with a new system and the upgrade and installation process was awesome. Fast and smooth. They clearly communicated and worked hard to get everything done in one day. They showed up early and worked until the job was done. The value of product and the quality of the install was amazing. They also installed our outdoor gas heaters and they are amazing!!

Northwind just completed the install of a mini split in my bonus room and also fixed an error made by a different HVAC company. They were a fast, clean and respectful crew and cleaned up after themselves. The price quoted matched the invoice. This is the only company I will use moving forward for my HVAC needs.
