Sooner Heat and Air & Insulation provides great customer service and great work on the job, going above and beyond for customers. Robert and his crew are the very best, very knowledgeable, and able to get heat and A/C going again. They take great care of the Purcell Animal Shelter, coming out within the hour when the air went out. The team did an excellent job replacing an entire HVAC system, with the owner personally coming out on Sunday to provide several options. The new system was up and running in a day, helping during an extremely hot Oklahoma summer. Naomi is fantastic, super nice, and really sweet. The company is the best HVAC company in the area, and customers appreciate them so much for coming out quick and fixing the heater.
I couldn't be happier with my HVAC installation. One thing that really stood out was how much I learned from Robert throughout the process. He took the time to explain the difference between a true quality installation and the shortcuts that are often taken in many new-home installations. I never realized how seemingly small details like properly sealing the furnace can make such a difference. It not only helps the system cool the house more efficiently but also prevents warm, dusty attic air from being pulled into the home.
