From our initial consultation all the way through installation of a whole new system, our experience has been wonderful! Every single person we have spoken to and/or met with has been professional, informative, educated in their trade and very friendly. If you are looking for an HVAC company that you can trust give these folks a call!
We asked for a complete service on our Heating Unit before winter, fireplace and a dryer vent clean out. Our thermostat was malfunctioning and they replaced it as well. Michael and Teagan were prompt and courteous. Very thorough in their work, courteous and respectful in their manners and did an excellent job. We received a report via email with photographs of the inspection and details of the condition of our system that matched the verbal report. We are now on a service plan and they will come back and check the AC in the spring. Peace of mind going into winter is priceless! Chris and his crew are the best!
