I can’t say enough good things about Tri-City and Jason. He made time to help us with a failing blower motor in 100 degree temperatures. He did the work quickly and professionally and at a reasonable cost. He stands behind his work and is true to his word. It’s rare to find someone who is trustworthy, service oriented, and knows his trade this well. If I need HVAC service, Tri-City is my only call.Services: HVAC system repair

I have been using Tri City for several years and feel badly that I haven't reviewed it before now. Jason Proffit is honest and very knowledgeable. He kept my old system running for 4 years after I first started having problems with it; the unit was 17 years old. (We have a long running relationship so I am a very good reviewer.) The new system was a good price and works so much better than my old system. Jason has always been punctual and he's just the nicest guy. If I ever have any issues, I will definitely call Jason, he's the one I can trust to do it right the first time and to charge me a fair price.

During the recent ice storms our power went out, and we couldn't get our heater to run on the generator. We made it work for the night and then called Jason first thing in the morning. Jason gave me a call back and was able to walk me through the things to check and it was a simple fix. Very grateful that he took the time to call and get us back up and running.
