Bowling heat and air replaced our entire system in October of 2023. They went out of their way to squeeze us in on the same day to diagnose the original system and get the new system ordered right away when we decided to replace. We had a small issue (manufacturer issue, not Bowling Heat and Airs fault) with the auxiliary heat not kicking on properly today (3 degrees outside temp). I contacted Ronald around noon on a Sunday and he was at our house and had the problem fixed before 3pm. Absolutely amazing service from an honest business owner and operator. We have been beyond happy with Bowling Heat and Air and we will continue to exclusively use them. Thank you!
4° outside and furnace started rebooting constantly, not good at all. Sent Ronald a text and he was here in 20 minutes, on a Sunday!This has been the type of service we have received from Bowling Heating and Air since we first had him bid a system install for our barndominium last year. He sells and installs only quality equipment, service after the sale is top notch and he is a great business with integrity. We cannot rate him highly enough.Thanks Ronald for your excellent work!
