“Had our ac start absolutely struggling with the heat towards the end of summer at our house we just bought last year and tried reaching out to a few places for repairs. It was right before a holiday weekend so we figured we would be stuck having to wait for any help until 3 days from then. Other companies wanted $200-$300 and hour on top of the services they were going to need to do to get us cool air again. Essential gave an honest flat rate, even with it being a holiday weekend the price didn't change! They came out the next day and was able to clean out our system and tell us the main issues they saw within juat 30minutes of looking. (All the issues they found within the first 30mins was things that should've been noticed when we paid another company for the inspection prior to buying the house. So previous owner shouldve paid for all of this if not at least taken the cost off the house agreement at closing). We needed more insulation in our attire, missing 10inches to be where we needed, the air intake needed to be widened to help the ac breathe properly, ac had a bad fix done on it in the past. Multiples things they helped us with all within a day. They were very reasonable with the price and even stayed late to make sure the job was done. Amazing people, very nice and informative, wouldn't choose another company in town”
