“Hey neighbors! I wanted to give a shout-out to Dense Mechanical. They solved a plumbing mystery we had been suffering from for a year of living in our house! We had had another mechanical company, the City and the gas company out and Dense finally found and fixed the problem for us. WONDERFUL customer service and are as determined to solve problems as you are to have them fixed! 5 stars!”
“We called them for a same day emergency, a relative of mine tried to fix a blockage with a pipe snake, unfortunately the snake broke off in the pipe so we now had a clog and snake in our waste lines. I called the company and they expressed worry they may not be able to help but woukd try. They came out, looked, and even attempted to retrieve the broken snake with no luck, they apologized and said the job was larger than they are capable of but gave me three companies that had camera capabilities to get a better grasp on the situation, they then apologized again and left and did not charge. The reason i am leaving a five star review even though they did not solve the issue directly is that after contacting more than a dozen plumbers, they are the only ones that came out to look, made an attempt and did not charge me, that shows customer service that i could not imagine. Most companies flat out said we cannot help over the phone (when they called back) this company will be who we call for all future problems as they seem to care about what they are doing.”
“Trey came the same day I called and took care of my problems. He was very good at what he did and was very kind and thoughtful. He was a very pleasant young man. I will definitely ask for him again if I need a plumber.”
