Kemph Heating and AC is a 5-star company. They are always on time and even ahead of schedule. The techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived 2.5 hours earlier than expected and went straight to work diagnosing the problem. They are very professional, efficient, and friendly. They got the AC working within 45 minutes. They did an amazing job installing a new A.C. condenser unit and switched out the unit quickly. They got the installation scheduled quickly, answered all questions, and gave a good deal on a new heat and air system. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. They are great people to work with and highly recommended to any homeowner. They are the first people to call when there is a problem.
Kindness is free. I went to them looking for a blade not even knowing what size I needed, they were patient and even let me go look in their storage to find what I was looking for, and then surprised me with a: just take it! Thank you!
