“My Heater went completely out late afternoon on 1-22. I called Tankco & left a message. Tankco responded immediately & informed me they would be by the next day on 1-23, the Technician came on 1-23 & replaced a part. It was working & getting warm & unfortunately, it went out again that evening. I reached out to Tankco again that evening & the Tech informed me he would see if someone could come back out. He later informed me that it will be until Saturday Morning1-24. He apologized for the inconvenience. The next day, on 1-24, a different Tech Eli arrived after 8:30am & diagnosed the problem & went to get parts & repaired it! We have heat now! Eli went above & beyond to diagnose the main problem & spent the time to explain the situation & we are so grateful for his experienced work ethic. Very happy Eli went out of his way to repair our Unit on a Saturday! Especially in this freezing Snow Storm. Thank you Eli! Much Appreciation to Eli!
