COD Heating & Air Conditioning
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called and spoke with Dave today, and he was very kind over the phone. Said he could have someone out in 30 minutes! Dustin came out and was also very kind and helpful. He found the issues and was able to get our HVAC working so we could get some cool air running! I hovered and asked several questions to which he answered and gave me lots of good information. I also asked him about an old gas heater we have that I've been wanting to get rid of and he gave me some good advice on what he would recommend we do with it.
When he was finishing up, suddenly some of the power went out in part of our house. Some things were still on but some things were not. We checked fuse boxes and nothing seemed to be wrong. Then we smelled something burning, and you could see smoke and ash in the air nearby. We walked to the alley and there was a grass fire in the alley behind our neighbor's house under the power pole! We're not completely sure what happened, but we called the fire department. And in the meantime, Dustin got a hose from his truck and hooked it up and helped us hose down the fire!
I just have to say that I was already so appreciative of his help getting our A/C up and running again, but he went above and beyond today and we are so very grateful! I plan to recommend COD to anyone and everyone I know, and I know who to call the next time we need HVAC services (and maybe help with a fire haha)! What an adventure! Thank you Dustin.”
