Dr. Genant is a great doctor! I loved my primary care physician back home and was nervous about going anywhere else. When I needed to get a skin cancer spot he checked, he did a quick biopsy and his nurse scheduled me to have it removed right away. He really took his time and listened. I definitely recommend him!
Pharmacy Tech - Ashley (I think was her name) went over and above for me today. They weren’t sure if my ordered medicine would be in as scheduled so she created a back up plan to make sure my prescription would be filled in time so I didn’t miss my dosing. I take medication for Type 2 and this was such a generous thing for her to do. Wonderful customer service ❤️

I hate everything anything that was wrong, but the leopard wasn’t quite ripe and Kathy surprised me and came in to do my leopard just right. I really lit up when I saw her. It’s been far too long. She gave me my Dr Pepper. Put me in the chair and went to work. Thank you Kathy and Enid nails.

I moved to Enid about two months ago and was in desperate need of a haircut. I like a really short haircut and it was hard to find references because everyone here has long hair. Someone referred me to Kendra and I am so glad they did! Great shampoo, Fast, and gave me exactly what I asked for! Her prices cannot be beat, and I think she should raise them a lot! A friend and I drove in from Nashville, TN for the Twister 30th Anniversary Festival in Wakita and decided the best way to commemorate the trip was with permanent souvenirs from Richard. He was fantastic to work with, incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He took our ideas and turned them into exactly what we envisioned while still working within our budget, which we really appreciated. The quality of his work and overall experience exceeded expectations. If we ever make it back to Enid, OK, we’ll absolutely be stopping by to see Richard again.

He just left. But think about this, he came early after calling ahead. Very polite. Very efficient. My water just would not stop running.
He assessed the problem, tried to turn off the water so he could do the work. But the water meter was broken so he called the city so they would come and fix it. They did.
He came back the same day! He stayed till the job was done. As he was leaving he told me he even changed my water filter for me when he didn't have to do that!!! WOW. This guy was fantastic! You will not regret it. Everything works now. Very happy.
We had a major emergency! My house was full of family for our 40th wedding anniversary and the heat stopped working! The girl that answered the phone was very kind and actually tried to reassure me. A young man came out and was very polite and got our heat going with a part from his van. We were able to enjoy the snow outside with the grandkids and come back in to a warm house. Highly recommend!

We called them for a same day emergency, a relative of mine tried to fix a blockage with a pipe snake, unfortunately the snake broke off in the pipe so we now had a clog and snake in our waste lines. I called the company and they expressed worry they may not be able to help but woukd try. They came out, looked, and even attempted to retrieve the broken snake with no luck, they apologized and said the job was larger than they are capable of but gave me three companies that had camera capabilities to get a better grasp on the situation, they then apologized again and left and did not charge. The reason i am leaving a five star review even though they did not solve the issue directly is that after contacting more than a dozen plumbers, they are the only ones that came out to look, made an attempt and did not charge me, that shows customer service that i could not imagine. Most companies flat out said we cannot help over the phone (when they called back) this company will be who we call for all future problems as they seem to care about what they are doing.
Had issues with my laundry drain being so plugged up, I was not able to do dishes since the water backed up.
Dillion came out, did a thorough job, clean up and was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Budget Plumbing as well as the price was excellent.

There are many great plumbing and heating business in Enid with great service! Over the past 40 years we mostly have used Luckinbills from when Mr. Orville Luckinbill was owner, followed up with Dennis Luckinbill, and Now Trevor Miller. With the recent freeze we like others in Enid had pipes burst the plumbers were overwhelmed with workload. We experienced a rather large pipe burst in under our sun porch. Unknown to us because of location it was flowing for possibly 2 days.
When I called, was told scheduling was very challenging and they would try and come as soon as plumber was freed, up no promises, I understood and had city shut off water, and managed to control with sump pump.
At the end of most peoples day Colton Riley shows up traces burst pipe under sunporch crawled thru small entry in basement capped off burst pipe all done in about 2 hours. He left there to go on to other jobs, Not sure what time he got home, but thankful for that kind of work ethic and loyalty to a 75 year old Enid business!

After 2 other companies came out and failed to fix our problem, Tom and Tanner came in and actually listened to the problem and had us fixed up within half an hour!! Very professional and friendly… even on a Friday evening when they’re running behind. Where the first plumbers left a HUGE mess, these guys left no trace. They know their stuff and I will never call anyone else! Phone operator was also very kind and compassionate. Just appreciate a knowledgeable and hard working company all the way around. Amazing! Just can’t recommend them enough.

I went for my six month cleaning. Also, for an issue with a tooth that was causing pain. Jordan was able to get me antibiotics before I came in for the cleaning. That really helped a lot. Reilly did the cleaning and X-rays. Then Dr. Chaloupek did her check. They always provide great service and really care. I would highly recommend them.

This is the BEST vet EVER!! My poor pug Miley had to be put down today & it was really an emotional moment but Dr. Olson & his staff made the situation so much better. Got our dog an appointment same day as a brand new patient. We had just moved, didn’t have a vet, and she was injured and we didn’t know what to do. Doctor was knowledgeable and great with our dog.
They're prices are very reasonable. They're cheaper than going to Atwoods or The Tractor Supply Store for shots for your dogs and cats.
The Steinerts have been caring for our pets for decades. Two weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our boxer Lucy. She had been with us for nearly 14 years. Scott and Vickie were great at helping us get through a really tough time. The cremation service they use did a beautiful job. They far exceeded our expectations. I feel the costs were very fair and reasonable for the quality of caring services we received.
We have taken our dog there. They always were happy to see her. They treated us appropriately. The complaint I have is that there is no 24 hours emergency line. I think he stops taking emergency calls after 10:00 or 10:30pm.
Jenny Faith and Maggie always do an amazing job with our rescue dogs! Being rescues with broken pasts they don’t easily warm up to humans but always feel comfortable with the crew there, and they always look and smell amazing!
Went out of town for 2 weeks, my dogs was loving to get to run and play with the other dogs. He was well taken care of, I have never left any of my pets in someone else's care for that long. My dogs are like my kids, I don't leave them with just anyone. I've had bad experiences with other places, and they only had them for a few days, not weeks. The only place I'll take a pet if I need a kennel.
Wendy is so good with our adopted maltese who has lots of old lady lumps and bumps...I've forgotten an appointment here and there or have had to reschedule at times....She is so good with working with someone who's not used to having a dogger who needs grooming.
