“Jarred was great! He figured out our ac issue at only 5% of the amount another company was going to charge us. He also pointed out what the same overcharging company did wrong when they installed our furnace a couple of months ago. We should have went with this company with our last issue.“

“We recently had Stevenson Service Experts review the flow of air in our duct work. Since our new AC/FURNACE was installed in December 2023 we have had inadequate distribution of warm and cold air. Multiple attempts were made to fix problem but were unsuccessful. Justin Navarre and another service technician came out Monday and thoroughly inspected all 14 registers and all the dampers. One damper was completely closed. This process took 45 minutes and the problem was resolved. Thank you for you courteous service and thank you James Marcos, manager, for taking an interest in our problem. We are Advantage Plan participants and appreciate this service.

“Tech was nice, but not happy with quoted prices.... I'm not really a fan of companies charging so much for needed service . They all take advantage of people and a lot of time have no choice. Reasonable charge for coming out and diagnostic check any yes my unit is old and needs replacing, but 15 k? I'll use window units for now. It seems to be the going rate and they give you all the reasons why so expensive but to me seems greedy....maybe I'm just old and think different. The guy was nice though as well as the receptionist....“

“Earlier in the year during one of the coldest weeks, my furnace stopped working and I had trouble finding someone available that day. I located Universal Heating and they had someone at my home within a couple of hours. The owner, John Rice, and staff were extremely helpful and expedient. Universal Heating had my new furnace installed by early evening. While I hope that I don't need their services again anytime soon, I will certainly use them again should the need arise.“

“Our Maytag refrigerator in our motorhome quit working, so we called to see if they could at least troubleshoot our issue so we could know whether it was repairable or if we needed to plan for a replacement. Bryan called to confirm our appointment, and arrived almost to the minute when he said he would. He had the diagnosis within minutes, and after he confirmed a replacement circuit board was in stock at the warehouse , he said he would return that same day to complete the repair. He was back in record time, and quickly had the new part installed, and all was working! Bryan was very friendly and professional. Great job Bryan!“

“I have 3 dogs so when I thought my air was going out on a very humid day, I was stressing out a little (plus I didn’t want to go home to a hot house). I placed a call into Doug and within an hour he was meeting my brother at my house fixing my air. My babies and myself were cool all night thanks to Doug. I couldn’t be more grateful, I didn’t want to sleep in the hot and humidity with the dogs panting all night.
