Our 1 year old furnace suddenly had a blower motor failure. Chris was there at the end of the day and took the time to collect my model / serial number to get the correct part ordered.They had their technician Mark out the next day even with a full schedule. We were back to normal within 24 hours and they clearly explained the warranty process.Great local business that truly cares about their customers. Thank you!

Professional staff. Called for furnace replacement quote. Hank came to our home and did a load calculation and gave us various furnace replacement options. Installers, Bobby and Tom were polite, knowledgeable and neat about job site. Hank came back to our home to check install and answer any questions we may had. We would definitely recommend Seiter Services.
