I received great service at the inspection. I was expecting Jesse to find the AC low on Freon. I elected to replace the HAVC system since it was 20 years old and likely to have additional failures. I upgraded to a more efficient system, but was surprised at the cost. The 10 years service warranty is great if needed. Hopefully the Amana system is failure free!
