We had an HVAC company out to my mom‘s house that she had purchased a furnace from and used for repairs and maintenance for the past 15 years. When her furnace broke down, a technician from that same company came out and what they were saying did not make sense. Plus, the cost for repairs or a new furnace were ridiculously high.
We called Five Star and Dylan came out the same day.
He was able to get the furnace running for $185 versus $5200.

I received great service at the inspection. I was expecting Jesse to find the AC low on Freon. I elected to replace the HAVC system since it was 20 years old and likely to have additional failures. I upgraded to a more efficient system, but was surprised at the cost. The 10 years service warranty is great if needed. Hopefully the Amana system is failure free!
He was very knowledgeable and informative on the subject matter we needed. He had excellent costumer service. Never pushed or tried to up sell any recommendations. We will use him in the future. Thank you for your service both in the military and here as a civilian.
