Jarred was great! He figured out our ac issue at only 5% of the amount another company was going to charge us. He also pointed out what the same overcharging company did wrong when they installed our furnace a couple of months ago. We should have went with this company with our last issue.
AC completed major mainline repairs inside the house and out to street. Their work not only exceeded our expectations but were ahead of schedule to complete the job. AC has serviced this house for over 50 years from installing HVAC and maintenance, and most recently back up problems. But more importantly, and what makes AC different from all other’s is how they care. Four years ago Andy came out after hours to adjust the A/C because we couldn’t cool the house down. Our basement was flooded. Sean from AC Service came to our house within a couple of hours and figured out that the sump pump had failed and we needed a new one. He went back to the office and picked up a new one and immediately installed it. Within hours all the water had drained, We can't thank AC Service and Sean in particular for their quick response and Sean's kindness and professional behavior.
