**Short version: 5 Star’s professionalism (Josh), dedication to detail, customer service, and INSANELY fast tech response was above and beyond what I ever expected.****Longer version**I had a full heat pump system installed on December 10th, 2018.I got an email from 5 Star Heating and Cooling on Thursday, April 11th reminding me to schedule a free maintenance tune up. The email stressed that I needed to have this done before firing up the a.c. for the first time. Like the procrastinator I am I didn’t set the appointment.Fast forward to Wednesday, August 18th. The team took their time and did a great evaluation and assessment of our equipment. They took the initiative to make adjustments to operations that have helped our system operations.
Ryan was great. He was timely and communicative about his arrival time, very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection and diagnosis of my heater issue, and was very friendly and communicative with my boyfriend and I. Thank you for helping me!
