Our water heater was replaced under warranty. John was incredibly kind, professional, communicated well, and arrived on time. A diligent worker and even left the cardboard box for my kiddos to play with (per my request)He was very knowledgeable about his work and even gave a few pointers and professional opinions to my husband on another project he was working on.Very grateful for kind, hard working people! Highly recommend!

Furnace went out and pipes were in danger of freezing up. Called Puckett's and they were at the house in 5 minutes, had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. Ken runs an honest business and is very skillful. Highly recommended.Service: Heating system maintenance

Ken is super trustworthy. I can’t say enough about him. He really helped us a lot. He went the extra mile to help us when the other companies kept telling us we needed to continue buying parts that never actually helped. Ken went all the way to the top. He actually got a hold of the engineer who works for the company who made our smart thermostat. He also came back several times to check on us as it was 90 outside. If it weren’t for Ken I’m not sure where we could be. Probably still without our air-conditioner. Thank you Ken your company is a 10 in our book ?.Service: Installation
