He was here fast on a Sunday.Was quick and diagnosing the unit. Very good at explaining everything so I could understand. Made the repair and cleaned up and was on his way. Highly recommend!

Tech was nice, but not happy with quoted prices.... I'm not really a fan of companies charging so much for needed service . They all take advantage of people and a lot of time have no choice. Reasonable charge for coming out and diagnostic check any yes my unit is old and needs replacing, but 15 k? I'll use window units for now. It seems to be the going rate and they give you all the reasons why so expensive but to me seems greedy....maybe I'm just old and think different. The guy was nice though as well as the receptionist....
