I know this may be long, but I can’t say enough great things about my experience! My heat went out on a Saturday night when temperatures were below freezing (it was a long time coming…) I have 2 kids, my elderly mother who recently had her leg amputated, and of course, pets. I was frantically searching for a company that could provide emergency services, but also not take me to the cleaners financially. I am a new homeowner and it has seemed like one thing after another has been hitting me like a ton of bricks…. But absolutely EVERYTHING about my experience with 5 Star was AMAZING! Our furnace went out bright and early today, so we called and we were able to get a same day appointment. When our technician came out, he was quick, knowledgeable, professional and polite. Thank you for all of your help!!
I feel like I got the best of a bad situation. Of course, my furnace goes out on one of the coldest nights of the year and the guys came out. Gave me great financing options for an awesome unit installed within a few hours. I’d say from the service call all the way through to installation, everybody went above and beyond the highly recommend five star or Springfield heating and cooling
