Tech was nice, but not happy with quoted prices.... I'm not really a fan of companies charging so much for needed service . They all take advantage of people and a lot of time have no choice. Reasonable charge for coming out and diagnostic check any yes my unit is old and needs replacing, but 15 k? I'll use window units for now. It seems to be the going rate and they give you all the reasons why so expensive but to me seems greedy....maybe I'm just old and think different. The guy was nice though as well as the receptionist....

My old furnace gave out on me so I got an appointment for an inspection. It was going to need a lot of work, so I went with a new system as recommended. A major expense, but didn't seem unreasonable and they have a very convenient financing partner that was able to give me essentially instant approval which helped.
A couple days after the inspection I was able to have the install, so it was just under a week from when I called to having a whole new system put in. From what I can tell they did an excellent job: they were neat in their work, took care to make sure the details were right, took the old system and cleaned everything up after.
