“John is the best! I had another contractor perform a tuneup on our oil furnace in December and didn’t fix the problem we were having with a hot/oil smell when it ran. I called John and he did another tuneup and cleaning and it’s running perfectly! He communicated through the whole process and was very kind and professional! “Darian (technician) came prepared and quickly determined that there was no power coming into the unit after rechecking the wiring connections & resetting the quick disconnect.
We did discover the AC unit breaker had tripped and unit did comeback on after resetting it.
Technician did State he thought unit still needed a chemical cleaning of the Unit condenser coil radiator grills.....which I'm taking under advisement and may request/schedule for another day.... having other requirements to manage.
