We had a challenging scenario w a higher end Grohe, thermostat controlled shower valve that’s considerably dated that we LOVE. It needed a complete “rebuild” and certain parts were difficult to find. Many of which were back-ordered with lengthy lead times. Where the plumbing contractor gave up, taking the easier route, they recommended to buy a new and “modern” shower valve which required an extensive and expensive renovation…..Edelmans (in particular Chris Sliwinski) kept at it. Mr Sliwinski went above and beyond, for months, locating every last component needed. Job completed. Mission accomplished.

Hi Everyone, after MANY years we decided to finally get our kitchen remodeled in our old colonial home. Edelmans was great from beginning to end. The products are such high quality and my faucet is the BEST faucet ever. Most importantly, our helper Tori was wonderful! She knew exactly what we wanted ! (!even before I did !) She was so very efficient and thorough and so easy to talk with. Highly recommend.
