Everything about my experience from start to end was absolutely perfect! I was able to book an appointment with ease. Upon arrival you are greeted with a beautiful, zen environment and a smiling face. My relaxation massage left me feeling calm and refreshed. As someone who has frequently visited many massage therapists not only in Northeast Ohio but across the country, I can confidently say Zulma is unmatched. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Zulma Massage offers an amazing massage experience for me and I'm usually not even the one getting the massage. My wife goes here once a month and comes back super relaxed and calm and its a real joy for everyone!Seriously though, Zulma offers an extremely professional, comfortable and therapeutic experience that has had a real impact on my well being.Customer service is also fantastic with online service. I get gift cards often.

Every visit has been excellent! My last visit was especially therapeutic as tight hamstrings and sore shoulder were addressed with great care and effectiveness. Already booked next appointment with C. She was professional and personable. Highly recommend the entire staff.
