Been here a few times and overall the experience and customer service is average & does not leave me wanting to return. If it were not for Ludmila I wouldn’t & would have rated 2/3 stars.

The Best local spa that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. True resort level service & atmosphere at Massage Heights in Crocker Park. I believe I've had a membership at this location since around 2017, and every step of the way they've exceeded my expectations and treated me like the most important guest. Especially through covid, the owner reached out to me privately to make sure my wife and I were okay. Also through changes they have implemented on a business level as far as membership structure etc the owner has reached out to me and always made sure I was satisfied and that I understood and was happy with whatever changes they were making.
