“I’ve been a patient at Westlake Dental Associates since 2017 . I’ve enjoyed the back office staff immensely, They are friendly, professional knowledgeable, and they make me feel valued as a patient. I’m writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Chrys Constintinou and his entire staff and Doctors who have helped me with my dental plan thus far.
Westlake Dental Associates has state of the art Dental equipment x-ray machines newly equipped offices that separate in a very modern and relaxing environment where often times they are playing music while you’re in your appointment. The vibe is very comfortable and welcoming. Honestly, I’m very honored to be a patient here and have been treated very well by Dr Chrys Constintinou, it’s definitely a five star experience! He had to correct the work of a shoddy dentist who made my FRONT TOOTH veneer so poorly that it fell out more than once. (It was Dr. DeVor that is in Lakewood) Dr. O’Sullivan made my front tooth look perfect and ? saved me so much stress and grief. I have referred him to everyone I know. Dr Phil Dawson - Dentist, Yahneshley - hygienist, Allison – receptionist - are all super kind, respectful, warm, professional, experienced, knowledgeable & hard working! The receptionist Allison put my husband & I right at ease knowing we were very mistrusting & skeptical of finding a new decent Dentist after going through a very traumatic, awful experience w/our former Dentist that saw me once! - & they are in our building at work in Lakewood (yikes! I never go up to the 5th floor!) Our former awesome long term Dentist had sold out to this man. I was stress sweating & had massive anxiety the night before my appt. Sept 24, 2025. “This is an amazing dentist office!!! SO AMAZING!!! I recently had an oral surgery done there for dental snap ons. I was so nervous, but they made me so comfortable, and they are so nice and so funny that it made the whole experience much more worth it especially if you’re scared of the dentist. I have been to so many dental places where the customer service is just very poor but here it’s always a smile on their faces and a hello with enthusiasm When you reach the desk. I made the right choice coming here for the couple that runs it are so great at what they do and they know how to ease people with their humor and soft spoken words. They are available by text too if you can’t get ahold of the office after a surgery! I am very happy that I chose this office for my implants and I’m excited to continue to work with them because of the ease of the office. Please please please if you have kids, people who are nervous, or people who can’t handle pain easily, go here! They will take THE BEST care of you. “I called Bay dental with what I thought was a broken tooth. It turned out that a crown failed while flossing my teeth Thursday morning. I called they with this issue and made room for me on their schedule first thing Friday morning. Within probably an hour and a half I was on my way out with a new crown and a very difficult problem solved. My biggest complaint was that the crown left a sharp point on the remaining pieces and it was digging into my tongue. Very painful when I ate. Friday night being date Night and having a very kissable girlfriend, this was a critical issue. What I experience was a harmony between the dentist and the tech. There was very little hesitation because they both were well-versed in the process. The dentist had a very calming and informative demeanor. I knew everything that I needed to know in short order. It’s tough to find experiences like that these days. Sincere thanks to the tech and dentist for restoring my tooth quickly and professionally. I could not be happier. Thank you.“
