The Cleaning Authority came highly recommended from other folks in our neighborhood and they have certainly lived up to the hype! They've always been on time, very polite and professional, and their attention to the cleaning details is top notch. We had our first visit last week and I’m optimistic that TCA was a good choice. We’ve had several cleaners over the last 25 years. Some were independent, others friends, and a couple agencies. One thing that stands out is the knowledgeable and professional approach taken by both cleaners and supervisors. It seems that customer service is important to everyone in the organization. Second, I like the added information and payment capabilities of the app, though I really don’t appreciate every vendor now requesting rather than earning a tip.
