I had a facial and scalp massage and it was so wonderful! I highly recommend Jacie for facials! She's definitely the BEST! Liz is the regional manager and she was SUPER helpful and friendly! I can't say enough good about this place!

I have nothing but positive words to say about the Westlake, Ohio Hand & Stone Spa. My masseuse is Courtney, who I strongly recommend for her knowledge and skill in providing me with fabulous and extremely relaxing therapeutic massages. I also recommend Kylie for my facials, as her gifted fingers renew my face expertly every time I visit her. I 100% recommend both the skills and expertise of COURTNEY and KYLIE.

I came in for a promotional intro discount and still ended up spending more than planned with no regrets. Added deep tissue for TMJ and upper-body tension from bad posture. Then, after my time was up, I added another 30 minutes! I've been to a few pretty good massage spas before but had the best massage today with Don-te. It was personalized to my exact needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I'll be back.
