Ben, our salesman did not pressure us during the in-home presentation and even suggested that we might require tempered glass in many of our windows due to their height off the floor. We were replacing casement windows with a slider, and when Frank came by to measure, he made some suggestions to help maintain the design aesthetics required by our HOA . Ryan B. and his installer team was great, making sure that everything was covered and that there would be no damage to our property while they were working. Once finished, Ryan demonstrated operation and access for cleaning of the double hung windows (fairly obvious) as well as the slider which is removed for cleaning in a unique fashion. They were very thoughtful of my yard and cleaned up any debris. The gutter crew were the last. I had gutter missing and they replaced it. All downspouts are leak free and high quality.
