From start to finish, we had a great experience with Empire. The company communicated with us throughout the process. Ben, our salesman did not pressure us during the in-home presentation and even suggested that we might require tempered glass in many of our windows due to their height off the floor. We were replacing casement windows with a slider, and when Frank came by to measure, he made some suggestions to help maintain the design aesthetics required by our HOA . We used Empire Window Company to replace our windows and replace 2 doors (front main and back patio). The service was exceptional with the crew for each job. The attention from the staff to coordinate the jobs and follow-up after was very appreciated since it was quite an investment for us. We had issues with 4 windows 2 years after the installation, and we received a fantastic, prompt response in getting them fixed. Did not feel pressure when deciding on what to do and the salesman did not bad mouth other companies during our meetings which happened with other consultations. So very happy with all the work done and would HIGHLY recommend!
