I write to share the positive experiences I had with The 3rd Estimate Corporation and their window division. On all fronts they were extraordinary.From their professional sales and quoting process, to installation (They replaced windows in my entire home.) and then in their responsiveness months after installation when I had a minor item that needed address.The item, I noted several areas where caulking had shrunk and needed addressed. I called their office and was immediately handed off to their Installations Supervisor, Shaun Webster. Shaun was out of the office on a job, so I was provided his cell number. Recently had windows installed in Solon and it was a great experience. Reasonable price on 9 windows, installed on time, and quickly with minimal fuss. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Shaun made a point to come out to view our window issue before a weekend with some bad weather. He put in an order for new sashes and kept us up to date. We now have working windows to get us through!
