Other than stating the obvious, get EVERYTHING in writing. Even the installation date! After that mixup was over, the whole job and experience was great. Fantastic turnout by awesome contractors, fast, friendly, experienced. Very knowledgeable staff. We would definitely recommend UWD!

I had multiple window companies give me quotes and presentations. No one worked harder to earn my business than Jamie, the sales rep. He communicated well, answered every question I asked, worked hard to get me a great deal, and was professional all the way through. Every person I interacted with was helpful and professional. Multiple people followed up with me after the windows were installed to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend UWD for window installation!
