Well, the doors and windows have been in for nearly a week.The installers were great. The were neat, fast, and nice. They replaced 13 windows, an entry door, and a storm door in one day. They didn't mess around!Everything looks great and so far, I'm very pleased! I would definitely recommend them.

Sam arrived on time. He was very pleasant and his presentation gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Overall a good experience, although one of the windows did come cracked and when I tried to follow up regarding when the replacement would come, I haven't been able to speak to anyone about it. I was given an email address without an actual answer to my question.There was snow on the ground when the windows were installed, however, as the snow has melted, I've noticed a lot of pieces of broken glass along my walkway and in my front flower beds where my dogs frequently walk through. The actual windows themselves are very nice and I'm I'm overall very glad that we had them installed.
