Although their estimate was not the lowest, my experience with them is always positive. They do what they say, arrive on time, and know what they are doing. They also honored their 10 year warranty on a previous window at no charge.

My repair technician, Mark, went above and beyond to repair a window that was hard to lift and wouldn't stay open. Since the original manufacturer was out of business, he could've easily said, "I can't fix it," but he went the extra mile to get it working again. Employees like Mark are an asset to The Glass Guru.

Scott did a precise job of measuring the glass which needed replaced as the seal was damaged. Technician did a nice job about 3-4 weeks later to swap out the glass. It is now an actual sealed, clear window.
