We have been using our Rainsoft water system now for a while and have noticed many improvements in the quality of our water. Our salesman Nabil was very knowledgeable in both how the system works and showed us how bad our water was for us. The amount of minerals and chlorine in our water was incredibly higher than even I expected. With his expertise we have able to see the savings from utilizing less consumer products and the water taste better than ever.

JSS is fantastic! Start up and winterization is well timed with reminders to schedule service and they are extremely responsive to repair and upgrade service requests. They've upgraded my automated control system, added zones, and completed repairs quickly. Most recently, discovering that Chipmunks chewed through wires in my valve box. The repair was scheduled quickly, work was excellent, and they even game me recommendations to keep chipmunks out in the future!

My experience was excellent!!! I was in and out within a couple of hours. The place was clean and neat. I loved how the stylist Yaunnie explained and educated me on how to take care of my colored hair from products to tools. I have think hair and I am very tender headed but my head did not hurt during the comb through. Very professional and it will become my staple place to get my hair done everytime I visit Cleveland.

I've been coming to Haircut house since it was originally on Revenna Road. Tina's dad gave me my first hair cut and I've been going ever since. I'm in my 30s now and I've lived in different states and cities in Ohio and always come back here for my next hair cut. If that shows any kind of Brand Loyalty.

I drive over an hour to go to them because no place compares to the level of their craft. And it’s comfortable when you’re in there, everyone talks to everyone and remembers you. I hadn’t been here since high school, and I’m so happy I came back! She actually remembered me after all these years and made me feel so welcome. She took the time to explain why my brows were uneven and was careful not to over-thread them. Instead, she gave me advice on growing them back evenly. My brows look so clean and natural, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner is so wonderful and passionate about proving quality spa services including deep tissue massages. She really got into the muscle groups to help with the tension and helped stretch out the sore problem areas. She does a brief consultation to understand what type of massage you want and need. Both ladies really tailored and customized my facial and massage to my likes and needs. I booked a spa package and will be booking one again!

Phil was OUTSTANDING! I was referred to PDR by a neighbor who had been serviced by PDR several times in the past. Phil answered the phone the first time and was out to my home the next day. He had my water heater swapped in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. He’s punctual and does quality work. I’d recommend PDR to anyone and I will be using them again the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ashley Cooper and the team at chiromax. Before coming in, I had spent four days battling constant dizziness that left me unable to stand on my own, along with intractable nausea. Two of those days were spent in the hospital with no real answers.
From my very first appointment, Dr. Cooper was thorough and genuinely attentive. He asked detailed questions about my medical history, listened to what was affecting me most, and walked me through his proposed care plan step by step so I knew exactly what to expect at each visit. I noticed a slight improvement in my vertigo after just the first session, which gave me real hope for the first time in days.
What truly set Dr. Cooper apart was that he didn’t stop there. He kept researching my symptoms between visits, which led him to identify the actual underlying issue, a diagnosis that was further supported by a course of steroids. After just three sessions, my neck stiffness has eased significantly and my vertigo is no longer constant. I’m finally functioning again.
The staff deserves just as much praise. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, including dimming the lights during my treatments when I was dealing with light sensitivity. Little touches like that made a huge difference when I was feeling my worst.

Absolutely amazing therapeutic massage by Sarah! She is very courteous and makes sure she knows what you are comfortable with if you are a new client. She focused on all of my problem areas and even gave me tips on stretches I could do at home to help with pain. I left feeling one thousand times better. Definitely will be back!
