Mr. Mitchell Haft contacted me (following my email inquiry) concerning obtaining a replacement key for my Pella Patio sliding door which was installed in 2008. After providing him with the door identifier code, he promptly mailed out a replacement key cylinder with two keys (we spoke by phone on Monday, 5/11, received these items on Weds, 5/13).
