Regarding my Pella window delivery:I was notified 30 minutes ahead of the delivery.Eugene and James arrived promptly and greeted me in a friendly manner,They delivered the windows to my back porch as I had requested.I couldn’t be happier with the quality of Pella windows and the service they provided.

Mike Ranallo came out, listened to what I wanted and didn't make me feel pressured at all. With such a big investment, I wanted the best I could get and at the best price. Mike and Pella where able to replace all my windows and my front door for a price that was lower than the competitors for just windows! I highly recommend talking to Mike if you are looking into new windows and doors.October update - high winds and not a breeze moving the curtains with my new Pella windows. The house is so much quieter. I just can't believe what a difference these windows make.
