“This a review overdue. Jim did our roof four years ago now. It's pretty big, with lots of eaves and valleys...very tricky. Our house has been as dry as can be, so the quality stands for itself. The crew was excellent, but about a year or so later, when I climbed up to check the gutters, it looked like they had stepped my gutter screens down into the gutters. I had really let this drag but finally called Jim. Of course he asked why it took so long, but I don't clean the gutter guards very often. So check this out. This is over a year later. Jim sent a crew out and didn't just pull the old guards back up, he REPLACED them and noted they had just caved in from age. To top it off, on his own, he had the crew also install brand new guards on my highest level on the one side. And Jim himself climbed on my roof to reseal my vents and even repainted my flashing and vents. Never asked me for a penny more. Just all around one of the best small businesses I've ever worked with.“
