“I write to share the positive experiences I had with The 3rd Estimate Corporation and their window division. On all fronts they were extraordinary.From their professional sales and quoting process, to installation (They replaced windows in my entire home.) and then in their responsiveness months after installation when I had a minor item that needed address.The item, I noted several areas where caulking had shrunk and needed addressed. I called their office and was immediately handed off to their Installations Supervisor, Shaun Webster. Shaun was out of the office on a job, so I was provided his cell number. I called it and left a vmail message. Shaun called back in less than 10 minutes...impressive.I shared my issue and Shaun stated he would have one of his most experience window installer professionals, Mike, stop out to remediate any issues. Mike was out the next day and arrived as stated.With Shaun's guidance, Mike evaluated and remediated the issue that needed addressed. “It has only been a few days since I had my work co pelted by Apex, but so far I am very pleased with my experience. From scheduling and going through the estimate appointment to installing the new glass the whole process was painless. Everything was done in less than two weeks.Absolutely no pressure from the salesperson doing the estimate. He actually gave me advice on which windows definitely had a problem to those that could wait should I want to break up the job. It was refreshing!The installers were all business yet thorough. They arrived and immediately go to work. Replaced 6 panes of glass in about one hour. It was great!“
