“They arrived on time (actually a bit early). They worked hard because both my water heater drains were clogged and they couldn't be drained completely. The only complaints were they set pans underneath the heaters, but one was so far off center that the overflow pipe has to go on the outside of the pan. Also, they cut up one of the pressure relief overflow pipes, so I had to go out and buy a new one. Man, copper sure is expensive! Overall. I recommend them.“

During a semi-annual maintenance service, Chuck performed a variety of tasks, including fixing a whistle sound in my furnace, checking all the vents, and watering down my air conditioner with a hose. We had to have our main basement drain unclogged which drains out to the city sewer. He was very friendly, explained everything and worked fast. Drain flows better than ever.“

“Total pro plumbing came out after Sears home appliance repair botched/made my situation worse on my air conditioning unit to work on my drain line.

Jamie was incredibly professional and to be honest the first attempt at the repair didn’t go as planned.
We didn’t know The repair didn’t go as well until later after the system had been operating. I called total pro plumbing Friday After closing and I was blown away and surprised that Jamie called me within 20 minutes and made arrangements to come out and fix the issue.
